Kirby Olson is a writer living in New York State. His books include the novel "Temping" and a book of poetry entitled "Christmas at Rockefeller Center". He is a former student of Allan Ginsberg and now a professor at SUNY Delhi. Olson is not writing as a spokesperson for his college, but as a private citizen protected by the first amendment.
